The Town Charter is superior to ordinary Municipal Ordinances because the Charter was voted on and approved by the Town Citizens in a referendum/ election.

The Town Council is bound by the exact wording and clear meaning of the town charter.

A municipal charter is the basic document that defines the organization, powers, functions and essential procedures of the city government. It is comparable to the Constitution of the United States or a state’s constitution. The charter is, therefore, the most important legal document of any city.

Hell Willie and Tonja can’t even read the charter much less follow it.

Although it was in Stacy Tebo’s purview to terminate Anita River’s employment, I still believe the entire situation was a witch hunt on the part of Tebo and Tomlinson.

Anita Rivers has worked for the Town of White Springs since 2012 as a loyal employee.  Although there may have been blamed for thing or two in her past which could not be proved , it was good of council members Helen Miller, Walter McKenzie and Tonja Brown to have given this hardworking brilliant young lady an opportunity.


While Pam Tomlinson has made mistake after mistake and falls within whatever corruption prevails, Anita Rivers has stuck with her job and has been a loyal employee.


When there are inefficient employees on the whole in an organization such as the Town, if a new employee comes in who can handle anything which comes before him or her, the inefficient employees then have distrust of the efficient employee.   Most government people feel they do not have to answer to anyone so they can work at their own speed; whereas, those in the private sector are judged on their own performance.   If they cannot perform, they no longer have a job.   However, if you are a public employee, you are safe; you just tax the citizens or raise rates on such things as Sewer and Water.

What really upsets me about the Rivers termination is the fact that she has been working with the Town since 2012 and HAS NEVER SEEN A PAY RAISE FROM HER SMALL $10.00 AN HOUR JOB.  Yet she is continually working every time you see her and has done an excellent job, handling many projects which the Town Clerk should have been handling.  Even Shirley Heath and Pam Tomlinson impeded Anita River’s progress.  Many times Rivers was left on her own while everyone else was out of the office.  Tebo didn’t come in on Mondays and if Tomlinson was out, Rivers had to handle everyone’s positions as well as answering busy phones.


Rivers wished to be a Town Clerk and she would have made an excellent one.  Yet, she could not continue her course work because Pam, as old as she is, said she was to take the courses, not Rivers.  When Rivers took her own time to learn how to handle the poll booth, she was denied to work as a poll worker.  Instead you had Stacy Tebo and Pam Tomlinson whispering to each other probably making certain their candidates won, with Shirley Heath as a poll worker.


For a time Rivers handled the meeting minutes, but because she was honest in her writings, the position was taken away because the Town does not wish Transparency.  Instead, recorders are shut down, or erased, and much of the pertinent information of the past is missing today.   That is corruption.


Because Rivers treated the council members with respect, she also became a target because of her boss/employee relationship with Mayor Miller.  When Joe Griffin gave money in advance for 119’s, She always kept track of what money was left.  She was honest and forthright with all the transactions she did.  It is the town which is outrageous in what they think People should pay for water which causes rashes or makes one sick if you drink it or the ridiculous sewer rates. 

On top of that most towns charge 1-2% of the balance on late pays but we charge $30.00 a month.  This amount must be paid by even those who live out of state and have their water shut off.   It is a joke.   And deposits are never returned so why call them deposits, call them a fee.


I looked at the paperwork the Town gave us and frankly for an employee who did such a great job, who was honest and loyal, this had to be a witch hunt.    Rivers paid her late fees but she was late one and two days respectfully and did not have her water shut off.  YET REMEMBER, SHE WAS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE TOWN WHO NEVER GOT A RAISE FOR FIVE YEARS NOR WAS SHE ALLOWED TO MOVE AHEAD IN A BETTER POSITION.   FRANKLY THE TOWN USED HER.   ANITA EVEN ASSISTED IN MOVIE NIGHT AND LOVED THE PEOPLE OF WHITE SPRINGS. 


Pam Tomlinson and Stacy Tebo had to be rid of Anita because she was such an amazing and intelligent person who had the ability to catch on easily to any new project given to her.  Yet Tomlinson had no education whatsoever and it showed with her handling of accounting matters. In my opinion, the things we blamed Miller for were Pam’s fault from the start.  She made so many mistakes and like Tebo has taken off so much time, which to me IS THEFT FROM THE PEOPLE, that you wonder how much more corrupt our Town can get.

Yes Tebo had the purview to terminate River’s employment but it was like a witch hunt and she had to search for a long time to find something she could actually use against Rivers.  On the backside, she must have been blamed by Tebo for not lowering the rates in the system, because the Accountant brought up River’s name.  Yet Rivers defended herself and rightly so because it was not up to her but up to Stacy Tebo.  And we still have not probably received the $5.00 a month reduction from two years prior.   IS THAT NOT THEFT OF CITIZEN’S FUNDS?.  I DID NOT SEE ANY INTEREST PAID BACK.


First they attack Helen Miller with slander and libel without Miller having an opportunity to speak, for which Stacy Tebo had no right to do.  If there was a problem among council members it should have been discussed between them but Rhett Bullard has no backbone and Tonja Brown and Willie Jefferson only follow to please.   Walter McKenzie was left in the dark as usual.   Then, because Rivers, unlike Tebo, is respectful of her council, Tebo and Pam had to work hard to make certain they also could get rid of Rivers.


Yet, the last laugh may be Rivers because I do not care if Tebo has a MPA and Tomlinson is protected because he has been part of the corruption, when things start falling through the cracks, it will show that the only person who was efficient and had common sense was Anita Rivers.  Can’t wait until Tebo and Tomlinson self destruct and they will because they are not very nice people.

I was wrong and I apologize. It was not racism that took Anita down.

I was wrong in indicating that Anita Rivers’ employment was terminated due to racism issues by the Town for which I apologize; Yet, there is still racism among those in Town Hall as well as corruption which has to stop.  In securing the public record it appears that our Town Manager Stacy Tebo had just purview to terminate her employment.

What I always will remember is Anita’s sweet smile when greeting us at the front desk; her intelligence and abilities which should have taken her to a new level; her willingness to undertake several jobs, including providing the movies and popcorn night at the Community Center.   It will not be the same without Anita and for the small hourly pay she was making, it will be difficult to find someone as efficient and hardworking as she.

Another Person who doesn’t care if your children have a HOPE program in White Springs

Another person who does not care about your children is Rex Mitchell.  Many of you voted for him feeling Tom Moffses was to blame for the new school.  However, as we mentioned previously, SHE was condemned by the board of education and Butler and Mitchell wished to send the White Springs children to the existing Jasper school.

From what I understand, Dr. Helen Miller was attempting to work with Rex Mitchell to utilize SHE for a HOPE program.  Tom Moffses had repainted and repaired the building for that purpose.  Yet Rex Mitchell made some lame excuse that they will be moving furnishings out of SHE all summer so that White Springs could not use the building for the HOPE program.

That is probably why Dr. Miller was looking for an alternate building at the Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park in order to hold the summer HOPE program.   If others seem to know how hard Dr. Miller has been working to set up the program it is amazing that Ms. Tebo per the statement given to the Jasper News did not know what Dr. Miller is going through to get a venue.   Would Tebo or Bullard do it?   I do not think so….not in your wildest dreams.   Yet, even if she did not know, Dr. Miller had not secured the final information to be able to bring it forth to the council.  It appears White Springs does not care about your children and neither does Rex Mitchell.

If Rex Mitchell hopes to get a school grade above a D he had better entice the children to enjoy school and provide them with aspirations for a better future.  That is what Tom Moffses was trying to do and I know he would have succeeded .  For Moffses, it was all about the kids.  But you all voted for Rex Mitchell and the worse that can happen is that the State will take over in time.

Can you believe how ignorant our Town Manager is to complain about Helen Miller handling of the Beautiful Dreamer’s Awards Banquet?

To show you how much Stacy Tebo, Rhett Bullard, Tonja Brown and Willie Jefferson think about the African American citizens, read the Jasper News.  It was cited that Miller inappropriately used town funds when orchestrating a “Beautiful Dreamer’s Awards Banquet” last February.  According to Tebo, Miller purchased food, drinks, supplies, decoration plaques and more without consulting her.”  Tebo stated she did not know about the purchases until she received the credit card bills and invoices the following month.  It was stated Miller violated Section 3.02 (b) of the town charter by directing the town staff.

Just think about these statements.  The Beautiful Dreamer Awards Banquet is something the Town has done for its elite citizens for years.  Did Tebo believe Helen Miller should have paid for the banquet herself?   I didn’t see where Miller spent money outside of the Beautiful Dreamer Awards Banquet and if Tebo and Bullard did not wish to honor the elite members of the community, I believe that is a shame. But specifically it shows what Racists these town council members are, especially now that they terminated the employment of the only efficient employee we had on staff..


I have seen Ed and Helen Miller contribute money , food and beverages for many events for the African Americans of this Town as well as to assist others.  If the Town would not have assisted or wished the program to be held this year, the Millers would have only needed to ask and we and many others would have assisted.   Did Tebo, knowing this was a town event, really think that the Millers themselves should have also set up everything including chairs and tables, when Stacy Tebo won’t even move off of her chair at her young age?

The Staff should assist a voted member of the council for an event the Town puts on.   It is a special day and this year’s former Mayor McKire was awarded.  But I guess that is not important to our White Manager and the Mayor and two council persons who vote with him.   To me that is racism in its finest.

When is Stacy going to ever get out of her office and address the African American Citizens?   Stacy seems to think that a voted member of the Council is not her boss and that she can treat them with disrespect and tarnish their name publically.  Yet remember, Ms. Tebo, you do nothing for either the White or Black citizens of this town which would be considered beneficial nor has Rhett Bullard.   These council members and their Mayor and Manager certainly do know how to pick and choose laws they wish to follow and those they do not wish to follow.   The Charter did not seem to be of importance until Joe Griffin criticized them about breaking Charter rules but they certainly can find something to hang a Lady Councilman who gives her heart and soul to those in the community.

If anyone reads the Jasper News they must think that White Springs is off their rocker.  The complaints made are so minor it is unbelievable but to chastise a current council person for doing the right thing is beyond the pale..  Stacy Tebo obviously is a paranoid schizophrenic with a tendency of control issues.   What is wrong with White Springs anyway?

Helen and Walter should call and emergency meeting of the town council and have as a  topic Stacy’s unfitness to remain as town manager. What that would do is “force” Willie to vote for the “out of town”er or vote for “the in town “er. If he votes for the “in town” er he is supporting White Springs proving that the town is capable of governing itself. If he votes for the “out of town” er what he is saying is that we, as a town, are not capable of governing ourselves.

I have contended all along that we are not capable of governing ourselves. If, when, Willie votes for the out of towner he is saying that we can’t govern ourselves and need a person who is not interested in White Springs to govern us.

Of course Tonja will vote with Rhett which ever way he votes. He loves Stacy Tebo in a way not exactly kosher.

No, call the meeting, sooner rather than later. Put the issue of Stacy’s  lack of respect for the Council front and center on the plate of the White Springs banquet. Let’s have a vote on the fitness of Stacy Tebo, incompetent and paranoid as she is, to remain our town manager. Let’s say with a vote, that she knows more than the council. Please. Let’s vote.

A simple thing would be for Helen to write a Citizen Complaint against Tebo and force the council to confront the issue. I wonder if Helen has it in her?




WHITE SPRINGS — White Springs town manager Stacy Tebo called council member Helen Miller a “rogue council member” at the May 9 meeting.

During manager comments, Tebo read a prepared statement regarding Miller.

Tebo said Miller inappropriately used town funds when orchestrating a “Beautiful Dreamer’s Awards Banquet” last February.

According to Tebo, Miller purchased food, drinks, supplies, decoration, plaques and more without consulting her.

Tebo added she did not know about the purchases until she received the credit card bills and invoices the following month.

Tebo said Miller has violated Section 3.02 (b) of the town charter by directing the town staff.

According to the charter, the directing of staff is a power vested in the town manager.

Examples Tebo provided included Miller directing public work staff to set up tables and chairs in the Tourism Center to get ready for a dinner and banquet and instructing Police Chief Tracy Rodriquenz to be available by phone for a meeting with the Department of Juvenile Justice regarding the Invest in Children Program the town was applying for.

Tebo said Miller also directed her to pay the HOPE Program employees after they had not been paid by the Hamilton County School Board. The HOPE Program is a summer youth program run by Miller and the school board was acting as the fiscal agent at the time.

Tebo said she recently learned Miller was working with the Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park to hold the summer HOPE program there this year.

“There has been no communication regarding the HOPE Program between her and myself, nor the council,” Tebo said.

“Council member Miller is a rogue council member operating on her own, making decisions on behalf of the town, and speaking on behalf of the town. I bring this to the full council’s attention in this forum and ask you to address the problem.”

It was not addressed at the May 9 meeting as the issue was tabled until the June meeting.

“I want to know why this wasn’t presented as an agenda item so that we could do a little bit of background research into it,” Council member Walter McKenzie said. “ It sounds almost prosecutorial and we had no advance notice of it.”

Miller declined to comment.


Stacy Tebo (The Pot) calling the Kettle (Dr. Miller) black (rogue)

I was appalled by Stacy Tebo’s complaints against Dr. Helen Miller.  It is obvious that when Ms. Tebo dislikes someone she will take every means to stomp them into the dirt whether the accusations are true or not.


Now everyone knows that our background with Dr. Miller was extremely tumultuous. She ruined our reputation as if we were criminals when technically everything we told was the truth.  Yet, Joe Griffin and I believe in fairness and we do not believe anyone should go through the hell we went through due to then Manager Farley, the Council, and the Police Department.


They call Dr. Miller a rogue council member; yet notice, it was Ms Tebo making the complaint because Mayor Rhett Bullard doesn’t have the backbone to discuss the matters with Dr. Miller.   And what good would it do?  Mr. Bullard personally dislikes Dr. Miller himself and will stick up for Ms. Tebo vehemently whether she is right or wrong.


The complaints against Dr. Miller are ridiculous. Dr. Miller has worked with the HOPE program for years and believes in providing benefit to the children in White Springs.   If the Council did not wish to have Dr. Miller handle the HOPE program, they should have told her. 

Furthermore it has never been a secret that Dr. Miller would have tried to do all she could to help the Children.  In the meetings I have attended, it is noted that Dr. Miller asks for permission from the council before setting out to handle any matter at hand. So who was not listening?


Now the fact that Dr. Miller directed the public works staff to set up tables and chairs in the Tourism Center to get ready for the dinner and banquet is NOT an excuse to attack Dr. Miller.  Yes, the charter states the Town Manager has the power to direct staff (but remember EXCEPT FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT) ,  The fact that Dr. Miller used staff for one instance is not against the Charter. Please note what the DeBary attorney stated:


  • This single event was certainly not sufficiently severe or pervasive to constitute a hostile work environment test.Gilliard v Georgia Department of Corrections, 500 Fed. Appx 860.876, (11th  2012)

 So a one time incident should not constitute a takeover of staff by Dr. Helen Miller.


With Ms. Tebo’s schedule, she is not  in the office from Friday Afternoon until Tuesday usually and if she is in the office, she closes her door so she is not bothered.  What she does in that office, God only knows. 


Ms. Tebo is not a person of action and to make such comments that Dr. Miller used her staff is absurd, especially when Ms. Tebo has no internal controls for staff. I am certain this entire thing was drummed up by Rhett Bullard, Willie Jefferson and Tonja Brown because they could not look as though they have never really done anything for the Citizens of White Springs.  Their jealousies of someone who actually performs is phenomenal. 


And let’s discuss the admin, Anita Rivers.  Ms. Rivers is the only one that answered phones and greeted citizens at the front desk.  Not only that but Ms. Rivers had a huge workload; but I suppose Ms. Rivers was fired because she was efficient, because Ms. Tebo and Ms. Tomlinson certainly are not.

I was told once that I could not work in government because it would frustrate me immensely how slow everything worked.  Dr. Miller has also worked in the private sector and she understands the needs of those in White Springs.


Please let me reiterate an excerpt relating to an Attorney’s response to Ms. Tebo’s complaint about a manager in DeBary:



  • These complaints regarding Mr. Fletcher, even if true, are unrelated to any protected class, in that these complaints are from both  men and women and relate to allegations that Mr. Fletcher was a bad manager. Where a supervisor engages in the same sorts of boorish behavior toward male employees as toward female, the hostile work environment claim fails because the conduct was not because of sex. 

 Although this story is not related to discrimination, it shows you how Ms. Tebo’s mind works and it is obvious she is not a good manager. 

  • Though for a time Ms. Tebo was in charge of Human Resources, she apparently was unaware of the difference between allegations of poor management and of discriminatory management. Title VII prohibits discrimination not poor management.  The Courts are not super-personnel departments.  The employer’s business practices regardless of the wisdom of same, is irrelevant as long as they are not made with a discriminatory motivation, Alvarez v Royal AH Developers, Inc. 610 F 3d 1253, 1266 (11th  2010).  Given this lack of understanding, it should be no surprise that Ms. Tebo’s supervison over Human Resources was eventually removed.



Ms. Tebo complained that Dr. Miller called the police Chief and directly instructed her to be available by phone.   Again Ms. Tebo is not in charge of the Police Department, only the Council is.  Dr. Miller is a member of the council.  The fact that the administrative assistant was called who left an e-mail for Ms. Tebo to attend a meeting the following morning at Hamilton High was certainly not a problem because Ms. Tebo seems as though she is never there or has her door closed.  It is definitely not open government.

As Rhett Bullard apprised everyone in a meeting, Ms. Tebo has taken Mondays off since she started with White Springs because of Doctors’ appointments.  Why did Ms. Tebo not read her e-mails promptly, especially when most importantly she is not in the office and when in the office, her door is shut to not only staff but to citizens.  Did she have some big plans so she could not attend the meeting or was she inconvenienced in some way because she did not have the background to speak at the meeting in lieu of Dr. Miller?


In her complaint that Dr. Miller had communications with HCSB that she did not share with Ms. Tebo, again Ms. Tebo inconsistently stated that Dr. Miller “only told me that the HCSB would be handling the HOPE PROGRAM AND WOULD BE THE FISCAL AGENT”.   So obviously Dr. Miller did state what was transpiring and because HCSB had not processed the payroll, was not Dr. Miller’s fault. 

Complaining that the employees were not sure who they were working for, nor did Ms. Tebo, is Ms. Tebo’s fault for not taking an interest in a program which has been in White Springs for years, under the direction of Dr. Miller..   If Dr. Miller apprised Ms. Tebo at every point, Ms. Tebo should have taken further review.  However, it is obvious to me that Ms. Tebo will not under the guidance of Rhett Bullard, do anything for the Children or those who are employed to handle the HOPE program.  It is a shame.

I blame Ms. Tebo not Dr. Miller because if Ms. Tebo would have taken an interest in the Children of White Springs, specifically with the HOPE program, I am certain Dr. Miller would have worked with her and communicated on every level.  Yet the council would like to blame Dr. Miller for everything because obviously this council and its manager could give a damned about the Children in White Springs or the programs we have entertained for years.  

Ms. Tebo doesn’t talk about the money she has cost the town at the approval alone of Rhett Bullard.  That is some $11,000 of lost time because Tebo is not in her office for the time in which her contract so stipulates.  That is a breach of contract.


I would rather have someone like Dr. Helen Miller having an intent on getting what she wanted on behalf of the Citizens and their children than have to wait around for Ms. Tebo to do something.   Ms. Tebo has a sense of her own importance even though she is responsible to the council.  And rather than making all these statements against Dr. Miller, why didn’t Council Members or Ms. Tebo bring up their complaints to Dr. Miller as they happened rather than besmirching her name one sided-ly in the newspaper and a public meeting.  


Stacy Tebo, you state Dr. Miller made false statements on her facebook page regarding the facts surrounding the DJJ Invest in Children Program grant award and tried to tarnish some of the Council Members’ images as well as Ms. Tebo’s.  Yet is that not what you have done all along from the time Rhett Bullard became Mayor, but to tarnish Dr. Miller without giving her an opportunity to respond.  

What have you done Ms. Tebo except take time out for your various lawsuits against DeBary; never seeing citizens; not talking to citizens; not taking an interest in the town but certainly you have done your job as you did in DeBary by keeping notes on every incident which transpired? Too bad you lack in Communications and honesty.  I guess they are not part of your MPA training.

The inconsistencies of Ms. Tebo are great and obviously she has found three council members who have her temperament.  None care about what the Citizens of Whites Springs want or need and rather than blame the Town’s Accountant or the Town Manager herself, they choose to blame Dr. Miller for actually doing something for the town. 


If money was requested from Pam Tomlinson, Ms. Tomlinson should have taken the requisition directly to the Manager Tebo to see whether such could be covered.  Ms. Tomlinson has not only been inefficient in her performance of her job as bookkeeper and Town Clerk but has been rewarded for her poor performance.  

I believe the reason all the grant money has been messed up in the past is mainly due to the fact that Ms. Tomlinson did not keep separate accounts as required by such grants and rather mixed funds in the General Fund.  The Town Managers did not stick to the budgets, so if Dr. Miller was given funds that were not rightly budgeted or from the General Fund, it was because of no internal controls which were discussed but never implemented in White Springs.


I choose Dr. Helen Miller as being the only person that has any consideration for the Citizens or the Children of White Springs.  Obviously the two council members who vote with Mayor Bullard do not care about any of you and a third councilman is so ignorant in what he questions or states, I am shocked.  He votes where the wind takes him.


So after condemning Dr. Miller in the newspaper as well as in the public meeting, you cannot blame her if she no longer is willing or able to assist the Children in White Springs.  It is not because she does not have a heart but for the fact that her name has been besmirched for caring.  Now you will have to depend on the balance of the council.   Good luck because you have a Manager and a Mayor who do not care about anything but their own agendas.



Let’s also discuss the complaint Ms. Tebo had against her City Manager, when Ms. Tebo, herself, does not abide by her employment contract relative to living issues:




  • She also alleges that the City Manager had lunch in Mt. Dora, a town 26 miles away from DeBary.  She asks the question“What if the City had a catastrophe in the 3 hours he was out of the City having lunch?”  Though I have not consulted with City personnel, I assume the answer is that he would be contacted on his mobile phone. (Written by Debary’s attorney.)


  • In her EEOC complaintshe admitted giving Dan Parrott dirty looks and she likewise admitted that she ignored his requests to not go directly to the City Council Tebo hated Parrott and she would have done anything to have him fired. She felt that her credentials as an MPA made her better than him


  • One page..of her Affidavit,she writes that she told Mr. Parrott that just because he saw her talking to Council Members “doesn’t mean it had anything to do with him or work.”  Yet ….she writes of complaints about him to Council Members Carlson and Hunt.   …She writes of her complaints regarding Mr. Parrott to former Council Member Koval….she acknowledges speaking with City Mayor Johnson regarding terminating Mr. Parrott.



  • Tebo reports chiding Mr. Parrott about being “paranoid” regarding his accusing her of going behind his back to complain to City Council Members about him. Again, apparently oblivious to the inconsistency, …Ms. Tebo claims that Mr. Parrott’s actions are to “get back at (her) for making him lose his job….”
  • (The fact that she had the highest percentage salary increase will, the City is certain, mean nothing to the charging party.  She will assert that she deserved her raises and more, while Mr. Fletcher and Mr. Parrott did not)  Ms. Tebo received the largest percentage increase of the three.


  • Despite all evidence to the contrary, Ms. Tebo continues to argue that she was the victim of salary discrimination.  On page 3 of her Affidavit, where she complains thatshe “felt underpaid and overworked,” she rather feebly attempts to explain away the fact that the City Manager increased her salary some $5,000 at her request.  She writes that in the “summer of 2012” she asked Mr. Parrott to have a salary survey done.  On “October 31, 2012” she wrote the City Manager and asked for a salary “adjustment for myself…”.  On December 3, 2012, 33 days later, Ms. Tebo writes “he finally gave a salary adjustment because I kept reminding him of my request. (In Ms. Tebo’s world asking for a raise and getting $5,000 raise 33 days later does not merit a “thank you.”   Instead, she sees it as evidence of sex discrimination)
  • Tebo in support of her claims that Mr. Parrott discriminates against women, is comprised of a number of complaints in which he is named stemming from his prior employment as a City Manager in Oklahoma and Missouri.  It appears that Ms. Tebo did not read the complaints she submitted.   The Oklahoma federal complaint is an environmental whistle-blower complaining.  The Hayes Oklahoma complaint is a USERRA complaint.  The Missouri complaints, in the extent they can be understood, appear to have something to do with workers’ compensation.  The outcome of these cases is not revealed in her submission, likely because no judgment was ever entered against Mr. Parrott on any of those cases.  Also attached are some documents related to the audit of the City of Mexico, Missouri in 2003.
  • Though for a time Ms. Tebo was in charge of Human Resources, she apparently was unaware of the difference between allegations of poor management and of discriminatory management.  Title VII prohibits discrimination not poor management.  The Courts are not super-personnel departments.  The employer’s business practices regardless of the wisdom of same, is irrelevant as long as they are not made with a discriminatory motivation, Alvarez v Royal AH Developers, Inc. 610 F 3d 1253, 1266 (11th  2010).  




If you haven’t yet determined that there are real discrepancies in the story regarding Dr. Miller being rogue, please read the following article which had been written as a response by the DeBary Attorney to Ms. Tebo’s EEOC complaint and you will see that Ms. Tebo believe she is God and that vengeance is hers.


Ms. Tebo clearly did not believe that the rules associated with the employment of mere mortals applied to her.  She believes that despite disobeying direct orders from her supervisor, going behind his back to complain about him, and seeking his termination of employment, which she claims to have accomplished, her termination was not justified, but was instead discriminatory.  This belief is not merely wrong, it boarders on delusional.


 Please give your support to Dr. Miller.  What they did to her is wrong!
